Somerset

A Sweet wine made with Chardonnay, Riesling, Vidal, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chambourcin. The Chambourcin gives the wine its color. This wine is fermented and finished in a similar fashion as the Riesling. The flavors in this wine are mixed fruit and honey.
