Riesling

A Medium Dry Wine With Tropical Fruit Flavors.  This wine is made in a Germanic style, which means that we ferment the wine as cold as possible to retain all the fruit then add unfermented Riesling juice back to enhance the fruit flavors and add natural sweetness to the wine.
